... for two reasons.
First off, my cat is napping outside. Grandpa doesn't want me wake him up. I can't mow because it would bother the cat.
The other reason is because he wants to piss off the neighbor. I guess the neighbor complains when our grass gets long-- whatever. Almost everyone that lives around here is retired and has nothing better to do than complain about grass. I am not allowed to mow because he wants the neighbor to be mad. Why would he want that, you may ask? Oh because years ago the neighbor took down the shitty, ugly, falling-down fence, and replaced it with a new one. The neighbor paid for all of it. But it is taller than the old one and you can't see through it-- Grandpa has a problem with that. So I can't mow because it would make the neighbor happy.
